Same Day Delivery
- Only applicable for Selected Vendors’ Order delivery inside Dhaka city.
- Orders confirmed before 10:00 am will be considered for same-day delivery.
- Products which are stored at our office are only eligible for same-day delivery.
- Order processing time count will start after the order is processed by one of our Customer Service agents.
- “Collection House” reserves the right to deliver or cancel any order.
- Customer can request for canceling any order if he/she doesn’t agree with the same day delivery terms & conditions.
Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated time of delivery for Order inside Dhaka city up to 3-5 Working days & for outside Dhaka up to 5-7 working days.
Note:
- Any order placed after 11 am will be considered as order of next business day, not on the same day.
- Business Day: Saturday to Thursday except for public holidays.
- Delivery might be delayed due to the unavailability of the product or delay from the 3rd Party Delivery Service.
Delivery outside Dhaka
We are providing delivery outside Dhaka through courier service. Currently, we are using pathao, Paperfly and RedX courier. They are providing home delivery within their coverage area. They provide pickup point delivery where their coverage is not available.
Delivery Standard charge
Inside Dhaka:80TK
Outside Dhaka: 150TK
note: Delivery of products outside Dhaka must be paid in advance for transportation costs. Delivery cost of some products will be determined depending on the product, such as according to the size or type of product. We will take the delivery cost as low as possible.
