delivery cost as low as possible

4.TAXES
You shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the
purchase of products from the Site and you agree to bear any and all applicable
taxes as per prevailing law.

5.Eligibility

exchange only according to our return policy.

displaying the product in its original color and accurate size. However, due to your
device’s display settings, technical issues and differences in display, variations may
come to the product’s color or size. Hence, “collection house” cannot guarantee that
the physical product will look exactly like the display image. If a product from
“collection house” is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it unused by
fulfilling all the conditions as per our return policy.

Stock availability: The orders are subject to availability of stock.
Delivery Timeline: The delivery might take longer than usual timeframe/line to be
followed by collection house Delivery might be delayed due to force majeure event
which includes, but not limited to, political unrest, political event, national/public
holidays, etc

Cancellation: collection house retains unqualified right to cancel any order at its sole
discretion prior to dispatch and for any reason which may include, but not limited to,
the product being mispriced, out of stock, expired, defective, malfunctioned, and
containing incorrect information or description arising out of technical or
typographical error or for any other reason.
Refund Timeline: If any order is canceled, the payment against such order shall be
refunded within 10 to 15 working days, but it may take longer time in exceptional
cases. Provided that received cash back amount, if any, will be adjusted with the
refund amount

CANCELLATION, RETURN &
REFUND POLICY

We cover a 3 Days Replacement Guarantee (except intact box or packet) for
physical products sold on collectionhouse.com.bd

For electronic appliances & mobile phones related issues after usage or after the
return policy period, please check if the product is covered under seller warranty or
brand warranty. For more information on warranty claims, please view our warranty

For selected categories, we accept a change of mind. Please refer to the section below
on Return Policy per Category for more information

1. Change of Mind is not applicable for return, refund & cancellation policy
2.The replacement request must be raised within 24 hours after getting the delivery.

RETURN ATTEMPT
or pick-ups, we will make maximum 3 attempts at picking up the product. In an
event where, after 3 attempts, you have failed to hand over the product to us, we
will cancel your request for return, replacement, or refund.

how long will teke to return product
It will take 10 business days to get your returned product as we need to make sure
that your product meets all the requirements for a Replace/Serviced.
 Soon we receive your returned product, our after sales team will check the product
condition according to your complaint and it takes maximum 5 business days.
 If the complaint is valid, the product will send to the vendor for
replacement/service.
 The vendor checks the product and if the complaint meet their return policy then
they replace/service the product.
 After receiving the returned product we will dispatch it to your address.
 The whole process takes 10 business days.

Note: The vendor might take more time for replacement/servicing if the
product/parts are unavailable.

Payment (VISA/MASTER/AMEX) & EMI as payment method. You can
avail cash on delivery facility (any where is Bangladesh) if the grand total
of your order is above BDT 1,000.
Manual payment
bKash/nagad payment:
• You can make the payment manually to our merchant number
• Make the payment using ‘Payment’ Option.
• Use your order number as a reference.
• Share the transaction number, bKash/ nagad wallet number, and amount with us
after making a successful payment.
For Online payment:
• You will not be able to make the online payment manually. If the online payment
is unsuccessful, you have to place a new order with successful online payment.

Shipping & Delivery

Same Day Delivery
 Only applicable for Selected Vendors’ Order delivery inside Dhaka city.
 Orders confirmed before 10:00 am will be considered for same-day delivery.
 Products which are stored at our office are only eligible for same-day delivery.
 Order processing time count will start after the order is processed by one of our
Customer Service agents.
 “Collection House” reserves the right to deliver or cancel any order.
 Customer can request for canceling any order if he/she doesn’t agree with the same
day delivery terms & conditions.

Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated time of delivery for Order inside Dhaka city up to 3-5 Working days
& for outside Dhaka up to 5-7 working days.
Note:
 Any order placed after 11 am will be considered as order of next business day, not
on the same day.
 Business Day: Saturday to Thursday except for public holidays.
 Delivery might be delayed due to the unavailability of the product or delay from the
3rd Party Delivery Service.

Delivery outside Dhaka
We are providing delivery outside Dhaka through courier service. Currently,
we are using pathao, Paperfly and RedX courier. They are providing home
delivery within their coverage area. They provide pickup point delivery where
their coverage is not available.
